Naveen Jain’s commitment to Philanthropy.
Often described himself as a philanthropist, Naveen Jain continues to show his commitment to the ideal through his corporate and personal life. He has received many commendations for his site Intelius, which has reaped rewards for communities in his area.
His company has been recognised by the Puget Sound Business Journal for being one of the top 25 philanthropist corporate outfits. The very nature of the company gives back to it’s community, and part of Intelius’ profits go towards other company’s who do the same. Beyond this, Naveen Jain also helps fund Christmas Program, which is a program that aims to help underprivileged families in the seasonal time of year by providing gifts, toys and groceries to the families who need it most.
This program started up in the Austin Area, and has now expanded to four times its size, covering three further communities. Beyond this, the Bellevue Rotary Club and Hopelink, of Seattle, who coordinate the Family Christmas Program, will benefit again from Naveen Jain’s offer to provide further funding to make sure that the number of children of Seattle who benefit from the funding can double in number. True philanthropic behaviour I am sure you would agree!
